The first axis of the path is organizational intelligence: the capacity to turn data into actionable knowledge, continuously and without intermediaries.

This part travels it with two pieces. IRIS is the diagnostic model: ten stages running from information fragmented in silos to the self-managing intelligence ecosystem, with a sharp frontier in the middle — the point where the organization stops being an online enterprise (information up to date, humans deciding) and starts being a real-time enterprise (systems that detect, interpret, decide, and act). Data Canon is the governance piece that this advance demands: when the consumer of data stops being a human with a dashboard and becomes an agent that acts, the question of who defines and who controls each figure stops being a technical matter and becomes a matter of corporate governance.
