The second axis of the path is organizational automation: the capacity to execute — to make work happen — with increasing degrees of governed autonomy.

This part travels it with two pieces symmetrical to those of Knowing. MOTOR is the diagnostic model: seven levels running from shadow AI — the AI that teams use in hiding, with no governance and no visibility — to the agent as a strategic authority participating in the full ecosystem, passing through the intermediate thresholds where humans delegate tasks, agents operate 24/7, and come to manage teams and budgets. Wingmap is the discovery instrument the axis needs in order to get started: you cannot automate what you do not know, and twenty years of BPM showed that asking a dynamic organization to formally document its processes is a battle the operation cannot sustain. Wingmap inverts the problem — it reconstructs the real processes from the digital traces the operation already leaves behind, without interviews, and produces the cognitive substrate on which the agents of DOING can operate.

Again, the order matters: first know what level you are at and which one you aspire to; then survey the real terrain the agents are going to walk on.
